I don't know how much attention you pay to the Nikon Comedy Wildlife Awards every year, but I get a kick out of them. Let's check out some of my favorites from the nominees and vote in the comments.
The praying mantis. Or should we call him the gaying mantis, he looks a little happy there. That's Jose Miguel Gallego Medina's shot.
An eagle that looks like he's doing a little curling, from Mark Meth Cohen. And one that is less comedy, more tragedy. Looks like he's about to commit hari-kari. That's Sanjay Patil.
The requisite trash panda photograph, every year, from John Picha. A shot that looks exactly like every time my brother and I got in trouble growing up, from Felipe R. Gordillo. Peekaboo, I'm going to eat you, from Leslie McLeod.
And this guy, from Kath Aguis. What's he thinking? "I'm gonna go nail that pretty little chimpanzee over there, or eat the fingers and nose off the photographer."
Which one is your favorite? Vote.
