Remember when the X100VI was impossible to get? Backorders, waitlists, camera stores laughing at you? Yeah. I got one. And I am not above a little gloating.
Nanny nanny boo boo. Somebody had to say it.
But here is the real reason for the video. I wanted to show what all the fuss was about, from the perspective of a guy who actually shoots with it instead of just unboxing it. The film sims, the 23mm, the whole reason this little camera broke the internet.
Was it worth the wait? Watch the video. I will give you the honest answer, not the hype answer. And if you are still waiting on yours, I am sorry. Sort of.
The X100VI is still one of my favorite cameras to carry. Small, quiet, and it makes me want to shoot. That is the highest compliment I give any camera.
