Can't get your hands on an X100VI? Join the club. Here's the workaround nobody talks about.
Grab the Fujifilm X-E2. On MPB it's about a third or a quarter of the price. Add the little 27mm pancake. And what you have is the poor man's X100VI. The X-E2 is from 2013, by the way. An eleven year old camera going toe to toe with the most wanted camera on earth.
So I tested them. Same scenes, and I'm telling you right now, online, in a video, on Instagram, on your Facebook page, the X-E2 and the X100VI are not that far apart. Not a lot of difference for a lot of money saved.
I've had the X-E2 for years. It's wonderful. You're going to love it. Save your money.
