This is the follow-up to my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro video from six months ago. That one was about the microphone. If you are thinking of recording video with these as your mic, don’t. It was horrible. The audio quality is fine. They’re earbuds. How much noise canceling were you expecting?
But I didn’t get the real problem across, and it took an eight hour flight to teach it to me. Seven of those hours, one of these earbuds was under a plane seat, lost, because of this.
They’re fumbly. That’s the word. Fumbly. You pop the case, you reach for the right bud with your right hand, and no. You have to twist it. Turn it before it will seat in your ear. The triangle shape means there is a correct way to hold them and about nine incorrect ways, and you will find all nine, usually while boarding.
Tens of thousands of people watched the first version of this complaint. Samsung, if you’re listening, round earbuds. Like everyone else. Please.
