Sometimes the camera is funnier than the photographer. Set my Leica Q down with the lens in autofocus and it tips forward, top heavy. Flip to manual focus, and the little focusing tab on the bottom levels it right out.
Is that a deliberate Leica Easter egg, a quiet nudge toward manual focus? Or am I giving German engineering way too much credit? “It is a conspiracy theory. Look at that.”
Leica was never known for its autofocus, so maybe the camera is just being honest with me.
